Machines
Logins
This tab lists every login. Use a card's actions to reset a passcode (which lets you access it), change its role (trainee or admin), or enable/disable it. A login is first assigned on the Machines tab: pick a machine, then "Add login" - the machine's category determines the role a new login gets (training and private create trainee logins; administrative creates admin logins; hub creates none). You cannot create or reassign a login from here; use the Machines tab for that.
Projects
Every registered project, grouped by machine and owner. Running means the project's server is actually up right now, distinct from the registry status (active = port reserved; released/archived = not). A member login sees only its own projects.
Approvals
These views are for reviewing only — there is no bulk approve. Approve or reject each file individually. Files tied to a specific fleet computer are marked denied by default; they can only be shared if a machine makes a case for needing them. Any file you author for the hub is auto-approved. Refresh to reload.
